That tender intimate moment…
Let's take a moment to center.
Have you said hello to yourself today? Really. Have you taken the time to listen to what you need in this moment?
Knowing oneself can be quite a quest as an n’betweener:
What do I need?
Who am I when I take off the mask(s)?
What matters to me?
When do I most belong?
We navigate many complexities, so we struggle sometimes knowing ourselves genuinely.
Unlike what pop culture says, "finding the authentic you" is not a one-stop shop — it's a journey.
The greatest gift we can give to ourselves is looking to come closer to ourselves.
Even when we may not know what that looks like, the intention matters ✨
When do you move close towards you?
Just like if you were to snuggle up with your partner, cat, or child. Put that arm around you. That gentle reach. That contact. Feel it? ❤️
It’s a gentle awareness towards y o u r s e l f.
When you move towards yourself, things settle just a little bit more. There is a connection that arises within you. It’s a felt sense; you self-regulate.
In that space of closeness, it is easier to be present, see clearly, feel one's needs, dare to feel, stay connected, honor what is vulnerable, and give space within yourself.
Would you like to get closer towards yourself?
Well I have something rather special to offer you.
I have been doing these powerful 1-1 intensives. You spend a day with me, and we deepen what is most tender within you. We work therapeutically. I create the agenda and tailor it to your needs.
It’s been transformative, nourishing, and sweet to do these. It has been an absolute honor. They happen in Colorado, LA, New York, and Paris.
The intention is for you to get close to you, to intimately be with you, and know who you are.
Does this sound nourishing to you?
👉 Then book a call with me, and we’ll talk more about the details.
My intention is to help you see what you may not be able to see within yourself and to help you find a way closer to you and to what matters to you.
Hop over to my page, and book a consultation.
A loving hug to you ❤️
