I have noticed myself feeling stuck at times. Feeling the overwhelm of being “trapped inside”. Not wanting another thing to happen. Feeling resistance toward this damn COVID19.
So I thought of you, and wondered if it has been hard to regulate yourself in the midst of this uncertainty and chaos in the world.
