To the tired perfectionist

Find yourself needing to get it RIGHT?!

You want to be perfect. You want to cause no harm. You just can’t fuck up this job, this relationship, or this project. Well, you’re not alone.

Too many of us expect to get things right all the time, but messing up is inevitable. I hate to break it to all my fellow perfectionists out there, but we are bound to make millions of mistakes.

Perfectionism is a characteristic from white supremacy culture - setting unreasonable standards. These characteristics are damaging to both people of color and to white people.

A common way that perfectionism shows up is in the confusion between: making a mistake vs. being a mistake.

Perfection is a set-up. It’s not attainable.

But here is where we get stuck 👉 we convince ourselves that if “we juuust do this one thing then all of our problems will magically be solved."

Just because we mess up does not mean that we’re failures. It’s time we develop a culture of appreciation of ourselves, where we see the gift in our mistakes.

It’s time to step into your full worth, not the perfectionist inauthentic one.

Want to experience more freedom?

✨ I’ve got a special space for you ✨

A space where you get to exhale deeply. Where you get to see more of you - and not who you think you should be.  Where you belong in non-belonging (that’s right).

It’s called n’betweener

It’s my unique 6-week empowerment signature course on turning all these internalized limiting beliefs into an experience of possibility. Plus you get 1-1 individual coaching with me 🔥🔥

This course is designed specifically for those of you who navigate experiences of complexity.

It’s a space to feel empowered in a way that truly nourishes you.

This is where you come to feel reflected without having to prove yourself.

I believe in you. You deserve to be free.

Are you in?

I'll see in the space n'between.

XO
