Purpose: for participation in the n’between Course Curriculum

I, acknowledge and agree that I am enrolling in the n’between from oppression into purpose educational curriculum (“the Course”) offered by Nora Alwah, LLC  (“the Company” or “Releasee”). I understand the Course including course discussions and group coaching are neither individual psychotherapy nor coaching and I have no expectation of receiving individual psychotherapy or coaching while participating in the Course. I acknowledge this notwithstanding that the Company also has psychotherapeutic and coaching practices and I may have received, or in the future may receive, these services from the Company, including from any Course instructor.

The Company acknowledges this potential dual relationship and agrees to keep confidential and discrete any and all information shared by Releasor in any setting with the Company. Releasor similarly acknowledges this potential and their own assessment that the Course is appropriate for them, notwithstanding this.

Under the terms of this agreement, I agree to release and discharge forever the Company and any principals, employees or contractors of the Company (“Releasee(s)”) from any liability or claim that may arise during the course of or as a result of any Course in which I participate; and also any and all injuries and claims that may develop in the future in any way relating to the Course.

It is understood and agreed that this Release is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of any causes of action, claims or demands mentioned above; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the Releasor and Releasee(s); and that the terms of this Release are contractual and binding, and not merely a recital.
