Uh oh…I have a problem

Ok, yesterday I had a BIG “aha” moment.

Let’s see if it resonates with you👇

You can be loved by someone BUT not feel seen.

There is a big difference between being loved and being actually seen.

Yet the two are often conflated.

Maybe it’s your mom or your partner saying “but, I love you” after a disagreement. Yet, you still don’t feel that they get you.

There is an assumption that “if you love me, you’ll also get me.” But it just isn’t always true. All of us have our limitations.

Sometimes a stranger can make you feel more seen than your best friend. Yet your best friend loves you in a way that a stranger won’t.

n’betweeners are accustomed to NOT being seen.

This is a recurrent issue, not a one-time thing.

We hold tons of complexity, so people can miss understanding and seeing our many nuanced layers. We often don't see ourselves represented nor reflected, and therefore feel invisible.

This needs to change ASAP!

I want to help one million n’betweeners feel seen (I don't take this lightly).

I want to provide a language that makes you feel understood. That makes you feel gotten.

So I’m writing a book about this.

But I have a problem, and need your help:

I only have 7 days left to raise the funds I need to write it ⌛

Will you help me empower n’betweeners feel seen through this book?

Make your contribution today before it’s too late 💗

Every donation matters. Thank you to the hundreds of people who have already donated! It means the world.

Much love and gratitude,

Nora
