Nourish YOU - a special New Year integration workshop [limited spots]
Honest question ...
Have you taken the time to integrate 2022? Or have you already jumped into all the new resolutions and what you “should” be doing this next year?
Capitalism imposes achievement and accomplishment only - no integration allowed.
So we get fixated on what we achieve and not so much on how we’re growing.
The value isn’t placed on our connection to self.. but merely results.
Reflecting can actually be daunting, it takes courage to let ourselves feel how we’ve grown (yes even when it’s positive).
When we reflect we also have to look at what was difficult and painful. Cause growth is always paired with some sort of challenge.
Integrating the new year is important in order to actually fully SEE ourselves. It’s a kind act towards self.
It can be vulnerable to ask ourselves the questions:
How have I grown this year? How would I like to continue to grow?
Instead we might take a simplistic approach, and only measure the “achievements” (getting a new job, moving to a new home etc.) and actually lose out on all the learning we had.
So let’s take some time to nourish you.
I invite you for a cozy time of reflection of what 2022 has brought you and what you wish to make space for this new year.
We will do this in slowness on a Saturday. You can show up as you are.. morning hair, anxious, quiet, sad, in your sweatpants.
In this 2 hour online workshop, I’ll be your guide. I’ll support you acknowledge yourself. We will deepen into some of the following questions:
What did this year offer me?
When faced with challenges, how did I grow?
What learnings were brought to light?
How would I like to grow in 2023?
What nourishment do I need?
You’ll have the opportunity to self-reflect, connect with other n’betweeners and receive personal coaching from me.
All of this for just 55 USD.
We will meet on Zoom on Saturday January 28th from 10 to 12PM MT.
There are limited seats.
Simply reserve your spot by signing up here.
